Years of Experience: 2 – 5 yrs Exp as BA/Product Manager
Job Objective: To work closely with stakeholders to identify goals and act as the key interface between stakeholders to develop best practices and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Become the main point of communication with product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality
- Elicit, analyze and convert business problems into feature requirements; present requirements to the team
- Assist stakeholders in priorities management of the features; analyze and implement changes requested by them
- Visualize workflows of the developed solution by means of Use Case and Activity diagrams(UML) or Process and Collaboration models (BPMN)
- Prepare UI wireframes and/or prototypes, assist designers in designing UI and UX
- Deliver a presentation on the implemented solution to the customer
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience with creating product/feature roadmap
- Experience with close collaboration with UI/UX and engineering teams
- Ability to classify and arrange data in the most convenient way
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodologies and tools(StoryMap, Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with bug tracking, collaboration and modeling tools
- Expertise in fintech and blockchain domains (or the goal to become an expert in one)
- Experience with requirement preparation for 3rd-party integration
- Understanding of SDLC, Git flow, infrastructure, data storage, and API communication principle
